I served as Creative Director for McDonald’s global OTP training initiatives, leading the development of a refreshed visual system for store topology and zone breakdowns. My role involved redesigning outdated technical diagrams into a modern, simplified, and cleaner graphic style, making complex operational information far more intuitive for employees worldwide.
In addition to static visuals, I produced animations and interactive graphics that guided learners through restaurant layouts, equipment zones, and workflows. Beyond execution, I defined the overall creative style and design system that the entire team followed, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
The final suite of materials combined clarity, interactivity, and brand alignment. This elevated how McDonald’s delivers training content at a global scale.
