Branding, Communications, and Training Design

Collaborate with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) to develop the brand identity, communications, and training materials for Members First (M1), a digital platform designed to modernize member engagement. The goal was to create a cohesive and professional visual system that unified the new platform’s branding, promotional content, and onboarding experience.

As Creative Lead and Motion Graphics Designer, I directed the visual identity and produced all supporting design assets.
Logo & Branding: Designed the M1 logo and established the full brand system, including typography, color palette, and layout guidelines to ensure consistency across materials.
Promotional Media: Created high-energy launch and promotional videos introducing the new member site and highlighting its key features and benefits.
Training Design: Developed branded slide decks, training guides, quick reference cards, and infographics that simplified complex workflows and supported user adoption.
Marketing & Communications: Designed promotional eBlasts, presentation templates, and event materials to support internal communications and member outreach campaigns.

The finalized M1 branding and communications suite delivered a clear, cohesive identity for one of NAR’s largest digital initiatives. The design system improved user understanding, engagement, and adoption across thousands of local associations, while the branded media and training materials positioned M1 as a modern, trusted platform for member connection and growth.
